 Sixteen versions, four that charted were made of this 1949 cowboy song.  Laine’s reached #1 on the Billboard chart.  The song is about a pair of mules pulling a delivery wagon, and the driver shouting commands to them.  Laine and producer Mitch Miller bring this to life with state of the art production advancements.
