12/13/2022 This grunge/metal group were mainly active from 1984 to 1988. A short reformation occurred from 2008 to 2009. The members of Green River are pioneers of grunge, and held on to this genre when joining other bands, such as Mudhoney, Pearl Jam, Temple of the Dog, and Mother Love Bone.
