7/3/2020 Dandy Livingstone is the original composer of this 1967 rocksteady song. He is a Jamaican musician and producer, who is still with us. The Specials had a bit more success with the song in 1979. Lifelong trombonist, Rico Rodriguez, performed on both versions.
