7/24/2020  Songwriter Rudolph Toombs 1914-1962, was strictly a songwriter and wrote a few good ones in his time.  The Clovers are listed as having no hiatuses since their start in 1946. They have released 40 singles and, we imagine have had one doozy of a musical ride.  Thirty one members have assisted along the way.
