S.O.D. "First Day of My Life" by Bright Eyes

7/29/2019  This 2005 indie folk tune has seen its share of media spots. The video is quite meaningful, and can really speak to you.  It is written by the group’s multi instrumentalist, Conor Oberst, and appears on the album, “I’m Wide Awake, It’s Morning.”  Pitchfork Media ranked it at #266 on their list of the Top 500 Tracks of the 2000s.
