S.O.D. "Sally's Pigeons" by Cyndi Lauper

6/5/2019 References to “Tiny Dancer” as a tribute to Elton John exist in this song.  Lauper, alongside Mary Chapin Carpenter composed the 1993 pop song which was inspired by a childhood friend of Lauper’s.  The tune was a highlight of her album “Hat Full of Stars.”
