11/2/2014     A 1955 #1 hit on the Pop and R&B charts.  It was also a hit for Freddie Mercury in 1987 and one of his best music videos.  

     The Platters are still active, WOW!!  They have released 53 singles and are probably living comfortably off the residuals.
