He wrote many popular Christmas songs, including “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” “A Holly Jolly Christmas,” “Silver, and Gold,” and quite a few more. Funny thing is, he was Jewish and did not celebrate Christmas.

Her highest charting single and most recognizable song is “Luka,” a folk rock song released in 1987. “Language,” however, is quite the beautiful song.
12/23/2022 Fairly incredible story of how this vocal ensemble formed. Actually happened in a desert at a detention camp for boys. Apparently, the female warden was quite iron-handed. The boys would dig holes with no breaks and hardly any water. They put their frustrations into song, and now have the world listening.

Siberry experiments with many genres, and has been compared to Joni Mitchell, Anna Domino, Kate Bush, Laura Nyro, and Suzanne Vega. Van Morrison and Miles Davis are her two greatest influences.

This group is historical in the world of punk, and has had plenty of media spots. You can find much levity in their shows. Their two biggest influences are the Sex Pistols and Black Sabbath.

Miss Lennox is one of the most accomplished women in music, breaking some records here and there, and in her 46th year. She wears a few other hats, including the title of Ambassador for Caledonian University in Glasgow, Scotland.
